This website was created to serve as the Student Teaching Portfolio for an Honors Interdisciplinary Liberal Arts Student Teaching Capstone at the Honors College of The University of New Mexico. The material presented here is the original student work of Honors Major Aida Revilla with the guidance of Dr. Myrriah Gómez, professor at the Honors College. The Student teaching preparation took place between Fall 2019 to Fall 2020. The course Aida Revilla taught for her Honors Capstone is Chicanx Civil Rights and Social Movement in Spring 2021.

Aida Revilla was born in Cicero, Illinois, and moved to Albuequerque, New Mexico, at the beginning of her college career in 2017. While at college she worked at the Honors College, served as Hobbit Society President, Volunteered at a Peer Mentor, and was a Mellon Mays Undergraduate Research Fellow. She completed her Bachelors of Art in Pscyhology with an Art Minor and a Major in Honors Interdisciplinary Liberal Arts.
